The cords are ridiculously short in length. There is always a disadvantage associated with anything wonderful. I’m going to take my time and splice in longer wires so that I can position the strips anywhere I want rather than where the manufacturer says he wants them to be placed. This will give me more flexibility. I just need the bike to be wrapped around both sides and all the way from the front tyre to the back plate. It won’t be a problem.
Please beware of this seller; I purchased LED lights along with a remote from them; the red worked well, but the quality of the build was very poor; the lights fell apart on me because the screws failed to hold it together; I used super glue to put it back together; this worked for a while; however, when I dropped my keys with the remote attached to them, the lights fell apart once more, and one of the buttons that was soldered to the circuit board fell off, which rendered the remote useless.
I contacted the seller for a replacement remote and they said they would send me another one. That went on for a week and then they wouldn’t answer any of my messages and they never sent a replacement remote and now I have an LED light system that’s useless without the remote so please don’t deal with this dishonest vendor, we work hard for our money, and when you buy something we expect for the vendors and sales people in our communities to treat us with respect and honesty.
These were incredibly simple to put up, and all of the colours are vivid. It was simple to conceal the wires along with the box.
